Description

Garoy Construction has extensive building experience in the educational environment.
Since 2014, we have supplied the Commission scolaire de la Capitale with renovations and repairs. Thanks to our 24/7 emergency service available 365 days a year, we can respond to any requests, anytime.

In 1998, under the direction of the Commission scolaire des Premières-Seigneuries, Garoy undertook the modifications to the Albert Ouellet school in the Charlesbourg neighbourhood to add a teaching kitchen and a hospitality sector within Fierbourg.

We also have a relationship of over 30 years with Collège Mérici in Haute-Ville.
In the late 80s, we began by building two student residences behind the college. Then, in the 90s and 2000s, we expanded the Sauvageau pavilion, a suspended space with classrooms above the existing gym. We then remodeled the chapel into a reception room. In the hospitality sector, renovations included a teaching kitchen and classrooms for theory and practice, such as a hotel bar and lobby. The college orthotics and prosthetics departments were also developed. Lastly, we completed diverse projects within the school including classroom design, library modifications, and much more.
Since 1990, we have handled the work for College Mérici in project management mode.
