In 1998, Volvo awarded Garoy Construction its first building contract, that of adding 2,500 sq. ft. to the original 10,000 sq. ft. building at 2230 Cyril-Duquet Street, in addition to completely renovating and redesigning the showroom, facade, administration and sales offices, and the parts and service departments.
