In order to meet the growing needs of its company, Turcotte 1989 Inc. mandated Garoy Construction to build its new offices in the new industrial park north of Beauport.
The 20,000 sq. ft. building houses administrative spaces on 2 floors, a large multifunctional warehouse, a mechanical equipment production facility and a commercial rental space.
