In 2015 and 2016, Garoy Construction stepped up to the challenge of building Fresk Tower, a new property in the heart of the booming St-Roch neighbourhood. The imposing structure is located on the site of the former Place Jacques Cartier, an important gathering place and landmark in Québec through the ages.
With its contemporary architecture, the elegant glass tower with 20 floors of rental housing and 3 floors of underground parking now redefines the historic square. The 250 public parking spaces and 170 chic and high-end rental units add to the densification of this lively city sector. A new public square next to the tower will also add new life to the surrounding urban fabric.
