In 2006 the first project of the renowned Super 8 hotel chain took shape. For the occasion, Garoy created subcontractor teams to ensure these constructions from one city to the next.
Garoy completed the construction and interior design for these new hotels. Typical of the chain, each hotel boasts an indoor pool with slides and a water play park as well as a gym.
Trois-Rivières – New building
Completed in 2006 for $3.7M. Garoy built a total of 78 rooms.
Québec – New building
Built in 2006, this new hotel has 80 rooms. The project required an investment of $4.1M.
Saint-Jérôme – New building
In 2007, Garoy was mandated to build this new 80-room hotel for $4.2M.
Terrebonne – New building
For the newest addition to the Super 8 chain, built in 2007 and featuring 81 rooms, Garoy paid particular attention to the decor and the quality of mechanical components. The original concept was greatly refined over the years, both mechanically and architecturally. This project totalled $4.5M.
