This SAQ branch in Beauport was entirely built by Garoy Construction in 2010-2011. Its main characteristic is its LEED certification.
The new steel structure covers a surface area of 10,500 sq. ft.
Garoy completed the building envelope and all interior remodeling elements including the architectural design and electro-mechanical and structural elements, all within the constraints of the SAQ’s lease
