Garoy Construction built this unusual project for PECH in 2012 and 2013. The building, intended to create social diversity, houses the NGO’s offices, numerous emerging artists and some fifty individuals with mental health problems.
The 10-storey building with 77 dwellings and underground parking was a challenge to complete due to its daring architectural elements such as corbelled archways, overhanging brick panels, indentations and ledges.
