In 2015, as their showroom in Ste-Foy had become too small, Manulift EMI, a company specializing in telescopic equipment, entrusted Garoy Construction with their new building project in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
The new structure includes a maintenance and repair space for the lifting equipment the company sells and rents, along with 12,000 sq. ft. of administration offices on two floors, a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a heated floor, and an equipment cleaning station.
