Aristocrate is a 14,000 sq. ft. multi-residential complex in the heart of the Méandres residential neighbourhood.
The developer entrusted Garoy Construction with phases 3 and 4 of this project. The two buildings have 4 floors each for a total of 110 high-end condominiums and an underground concrete parking lot.
