Since 2004, Garoy Construction has been an active participant in redeveloping many administrative offices in Québec, Beauport and Lévis, and in many maintenance projects for Hydro-Québec.
In 2010, Hydro-Québec awarded Garoy a $4.5M project: all the interior and exterior renovations of an electricity transmission management centre, which must operate 24/7.
In 2011, Garoy refurbished the envelope of the existing Vanier building and completed interior and exterior renovations and a sole plate expansion for a total investment of 2 million dollars.
