In early 2017, Hôpital Ste-Monique entrusted Garoy Construction with rebuilding the residential and long-term care centre (CHSLD). The new facilities, totalling over 62,500 sq. ft., can accommodate 66 patients and features 2 spots for short-term care. Garoy handled both the construction and the interior design.
