Since the existing shopping centre had become outdated, the Carrefour Neufchâtel promoter asked the Garoy Construction team to build a new 171,000 sq. ft. mall, larger than the one being demolished. Garoy handled the interior remodeling for retail giants Winners and Bureau en Gros.
