In 2016, Garoy Construction completely renovated the building envelope for 930 Chemin Ste-Foy, a 7-storey commercial property. The project consisted of completely demolishing the existing prefabricated concrete wall panels and curtain walls, and rebuilding a new drainage and sealing system, insulation, windows and aluminum panel cladding.
